    The individual placing the order on the Hotoz Jewelry website (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).

PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT

This Contract governs the terms and conditions for the distance sale of personalized and non-personalized silver jewelry products offered by Hotoz Jewelry, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

PRODUCT DETAILS

The details of the ordered products, including specifications, customization, and pricing, are displayed on the order confirmation page and the invoice provided to the Buyer. Products specified as “personalized” are uniquely created based on the Buyer’s instructions and preferences.

ORDER PROCESS

Orders are placed through the Hotoz Jewelry website, and payment is required at the time of purchase. Upon successful payment, the Buyer will receive an order confirmation email containing the order details.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

Personalized products are handcrafted and require 2-5 business days for production. Orders are typically delivered within 3-10 business days, depending on the Buyer’s location and the selected shipping method. In cases of unforeseen delays, the Buyer will be notified via email.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of non-personalized products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact Hotoz Jewelry at [email protected]. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Personalized products are custom-made according to the Buyer’s specifications and are not eligible for returns or cancellations, except in cases of manufacturing defects. If a product is found to be defective upon delivery, the Buyer must notify Hotoz Jewelry within 7 days at [email protected].

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All product prices are displayed on the website and include applicable taxes. Payments can be made using the methods indicated on the website at the time of purchase.

SELLER’S RESPONSIBILITIES

The Seller is responsible for ensuring that products are delivered as described and without defects. The Seller shall process and fulfill orders in a timely manner.

BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITIES

The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping and customization details. The Buyer must inspect the product upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this Contract shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in the Seller’s location.
